Step 1: When having difficult to sleep, Reach for Echo. Make sure having microfiber cloth next to you for the end.
Step 2: Gently insert the vibrating part of Echo, ensuring it sits comfortably inside. Press the power button on the remote to activate the toy and begin with the lowest vibration setting.
Step 3: Gradually explore different vibration modes and intensities using the remote, allowing the soothing pulses to ease you. Lie back, close your eyes and enjoy the subtle sensations.
Step 4: Once fully relaxed, reduce the vibration to a gentle hum before switching it off. Remove Echo and places it aside.
Step 5: Take 5s to clean Echo and store it inside the protection bag again.
